No. A subscription purchased on Android can only be used on Android, and a subscription purchased on iOS can only be used on iOS.
Subscriptions are managed through each store account (Google account / Apple ID).

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon (top right) → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
3. Select this app → Tap Cancel subscription

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date (timing may vary by store).
To turn off auto-renewal, follow the steps in “How do I cancel my subscription?”
Try the following:
1. Fully close and reopen the app
2. If available, tap Restore Purchases / Restore Subscription in the app
3. Make sure you’re signed in with the same store account (Google account / Apple ID) used for purchase
4. Confirm the purchase is completed in your store purchase history
If it still doesn’t work, contact us with:
• Device type (iOS/Android) and OS version
• Subscription plan (monthly/yearly)
• Purchase receipt (if possible)
• Your in-app account email (if applicable)

• Monthly plan: Charged on the same date each month (renewal date).
• Yearly plan: Charged on the same date each year (renewal date).
Exact renewal dates are shown in your store subscription settings.
Plan changes are managed by the store and may take effect immediately or on your next renewal date, depending on the store and the type of change (upgrade/downgrade).
The store checkout screen is the source of truth for pricing and timing.
In most cases, yes. Canceling during the trial usually prevents the next charge, and you can keep access until the trial ends.

Yes, as long as:
• You’re using the same platform (iOS-to-iOS or Android-to-Android), and
• You’re signed in with the same store account that purchased the subscription.
After switching devices, use Restore Purchases (if available in the app).
To stop the next renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date. If the charge already processed, you may need to request a refund through the store.
